Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of neuroncluster.com, your NeuronCluster account at app.neuroncluster.com, the desktop apps (Focus Mail, Soma and Neuron Hub) and the Neuron Network software (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to them. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf. A separate written agreement with NeuronCluster takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

• You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account and the devices you sign in.
• Tell us promptly at sales@neuroncluster.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You can revoke any device from your dashboard.

Subject to these terms, NeuronCluster grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and use the desktop apps and Neuron Network software on devices and infrastructure you own or control.

You may not sell, sublicense or redistribute the software, remove proprietary notices, or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits. Third-party and open-source components are licensed under their own terms.

The apps may download and install updates. Some features — for example paid tiers or enterprise support — may require a separate order.

Your mail, databases, models, prompts and outputs remain yours. The apps process them on your machines and on the gateways and compute nodes you operate; NeuronCluster claims no ownership of them and does not receive them, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Because you run the infrastructure, you are responsible for it: securing the machines and networks you connect, holding the rights to the models and data you use, backing up your data, and complying with the laws and third-party terms (such as your mail provider's or a model's license) that apply to your use.

AI features generate suggestions — drafts, summaries, SQL, spam scores — using models you choose and host. Output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before you send, run or rely on it, particularly for destructive database statements or messages sent on your behalf. Advisory features such as triage never override the rules you set.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights;
• send spam or access mailboxes, databases or machines you are not authorized to use;
• interfere with, probe or overload our websites, APIs or update servers;
• circumvent license, security or access controls; or
• build a competing service by copying the Services.

The apps connect to services we do not control, such as Google, Microsoft and other mail providers, database servers and model publishers. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

Apps marked free are provided at no charge. Paid plans are billed as described at purchase or in your order. We will give reasonable notice before changing fees for an existing plan.

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the Services or other users, with notice where practical. On termination your license ends and synced settings may be deleted; data stored on your own machines remains yours.

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, NeuronCluster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred euros. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify account holders in advance. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which NeuronCluster is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
